The Ventura Museum

The Ventura Museum offers a virtual Chumash History tour that is facilitated via Zoom technology by staff and docents. This tour focuses on 3rd-5th grade history curriculum by exploring the lifeways of the Chumash, from the use of natural resources to the importance of storytelling and games. This is a virtual adaptation of the tour that has been offered for decades at our Museum.

The Agriculture Museum

The AG Museum offers From the Land to My Hand, facilitated via Zoom technology by staff and docents. This virtual tour focuses on K-2nd grade history and STEAM curriculum by having students explore how we get our  fruit and vegetables, identify plant parts in our garden, and experience our Museum halls, historic images and artifacts.
