Celebrate the future of visual arts in Ventura County at the Museum of Ventura County’s Visual Arts Scholarship Awards Ceremony. This inspiring event supports up-and-coming artists through the Bonita C. McFarland Scholarship and the new Gail Faulkner Memorial Arts Scholarship, honoring the legacy of a beloved local watercolorist. With $20,000 in scholarships awarded, the evening recognizes student creativity and potential. Attendees will also enjoy a presentation by David Yoshitomi, Arts and Culture Manager for the County of Ventura, on the state of the arts in our region. Join us to connect with like-minded individuals and support the arts community!

The Museum of Ventura County in Downtown Ventura will be closed Thursday, January 1 and will be open from 11am to 5pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The Agriculture Museum will be closed throughout January while we complete interior updates.
