Summer Concert Series at the Ag feat. Shaky Feelin’

The Summer Concert Series at the Ag Museum continues with Shaky Feelin’ on Friday, July 5, 2019! Shaky Feelin’ is a rising powerhouse quintet based in Ventura, CA. They are all about Soul Shakin’ and Heart Breakin’, and describe themselves as a high energy band mixing the elements of rock, reggae, bluegrass, funk and live experimentation.

Known for their groove-based double drum sound and shredding guitar solos, Shaky Feelin’s catchy songs will have you dancing the night away. They draw inspiration from bands like Phish, the Grateful Dead, Sublime, the Disco Biscuits, and The Beatles. The group consists of Mark Masson (guitar & vocals), Jeff Hiller (bass guitar), Paul Menchaca (drums & vocals), Cameron Probe (drums & percussion) and Franklin Murphy (keys & vocals). The creativity of the band allows for amazing song writing with a “let’s never play it the same way twice” attitude. With no fear of improvisational experimentation on stage, true communication, and strong musicianship this band has the ability to create powerful music that leaves a lasting impression.

Shaky Feelin’ creates a rich musical experience, playing off the energy of each other on stage and from the energy of their fans getting shaky on the dance floor in front of them. Danceable grooves flowing through genres with alternating vocal and instrumental melodies keep listeners interested and yearning for more, knowing they’ll hear something new yet familiar that commands to be seen, heard and felt over and over again! Shaky Feelin’ shows are a positive high-energy journey that quickly gets people to their feet, and leaves everyone filled with music, joy, and that…Shaky Feelin’!
