Free First Sunday: We Dig the Past

FREE ADMISSION TO THE MUSEUM FROM 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Join us at the Museum of Ventura County for Free First Sunday on August 4, 2019 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. The theme for August’s Free First Sunday is “We Dig the Past”.

Enjoy interactive, archaeology-themed activities for kids and family members in our Children’s Garden. Learn the difference between archaeology and paleontology through hands-on, guided activities focused on sorting model artifacts and more! Archaeology-themed coloring activities will also be available for younger children.

As always, admission is free on the first Sunday of every month. Gather the entire family and join us at the Museum!
