Free First Sunday: Mixed Media/Collage Art at the Ag!

FREE ADMISSION TO THE AG MUSEUM FROM 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Join us at the Agriculture Museum for Free First Sunday! Enjoy our air-conditioned museum building and participate in an informal art workshop on mixed media and collage techniques that involve the selective application of different materials to an existing image. The activities will be guided by museum educators, and materials are provided at no cost.

This free informal workshop is inspired by the Museum’s pop-up exhibit Farming Youth. The exhibit runs from June 15^th-August 19^th and displays the artwork of Lino Martinez. Farming Youth features mixed media and collage artwork that focuses on the migratory realities of the farm workers whose labor sustains the United States’ agricultural economy.
