The Museum of Ventura County has unique indoor and outdoor event space located in the heart of the historic beach town of Ventura, across from the San Buenaventura Mission. The Agriculture Museum also boasts of both indoor and outdoor space in a historic, beautifully maintained building in the heart of Santa Paula.

Sit down dining event venue

Martin V. and Martha K. Smith Pavilion

Ideal for corporate seminars, academic lectures, receptions, weddings, and other special events. This space is equipped with a 146” x 260” projector screen with PowerPoint capabilities, wireless microphones, and zone adjustable sound system. It can accommodate 200 guests for a seated dinner, 250 for cocktail, and 200 theater style.

Outdoor band and dance event venue

Museum Plaza

Adjacent to the Pavilion is the Plaza enhanced by palm trees, a beautiful water feature, and gorgeous mosaics depicting the history of Ventura County. The Plaza can hold up to 280 for a seated dinner or theater style.

Agriculture Museum

The Agriculture Museum features indoor space in Limoneira Hall perfect for weddings, fundraisers, corporate meetings and more. It features a beautiful outdoor space with a UC Master Gardener maintained garden perfect for ceremonies and cocktail hours. This venue accommodates 200-300 guests.

The Pavilion and the Plaza may be rented together or separately.
Adjacent guest parking is available.
