When most people think of archaeology, they think of pyramids like those found in Egypt and Mexico… or of Indiana Jones exploring “lost temples.” While those are good examples of archaeology (well, except for Indiana Jones…) archaeology is much more than that! Artifacts can be as big as stone bowls and as small as tiny glass beads. It doesn’t matter how big or small an artifact is – every single one is important and can tell us about how people once lived!
