Upload 10 images (jpg, png, or pdf format) of your prior work or projects using the file uploads here. Image files may be no more than 8MB each. The numbered slide sheet (pdf format accepted) must list and describe each piece: including dimensions, medium and approximate date of creation. Please identify the file name and match it to the artwork for reference. 

All applicants must have a letter of recommendation from a teacher (or someone else who has served as a mentor to you) sent directly to the museum. This letter is confidential and cannot be returned. Letter of recommendation should:

1. Describe the relationship with the applicant;

2. Describe the abilities and talents of the applicant;

3. Assess the potential of the applicant for continued work in the field.

Letter should be sent directly to the Museum, not to the applicant.

Please submit your typewritten essay (up to 400 words) describing your qualifications. You might wish to discuss (but are not limited to) the following topics:

1. What type of art do you practice, and why?
2. Why do you wish to continue your art studies?
3. What are your career and educational goals?
4. What are your past achievements in the arts?
