Virgencitas and Las Posadas at the Ag

Join us at the Agriculture Museum in Santa Paula on Saturday, December 14, 2019 from 5—8pm for Las Posadas and the opening of Virgencitas! Admission is free. From 5—6pm visitors can meet with the local artists of the Virgencitas group exhibit featuring various media artworks of the Virgin Mary. Light refreshments will be served.

Immediately following the meet and greet, celebrate the biblical story of Joseph and Mary’s journey to Bethlehem through music, songs, costumes and food! Mr. Javier Gomez and the students of the Ilnlakech Cultural Arts Center and local De Colores music founder Xavier Montes will perform, and children ages 5 to 13 can take a swing at the traditional papier-mâché piñata, plus more.

We hope to see you in Santa Paula for another wonderful celebration of Las Posadas!
