About Us
Women and girls face additional obstacles and discrimination solely because of their gender. As an organization of business and professional women we feel uniquely qualified to help women and girls live their dreams. The goal of every club is to improve the quality of living for women and girls
Why We Stand Out
Soroptimist gives cash awards to outstanding female students to help with their continuing education and increase their self esteem by acknowledging their accomplishments. It begins with awards at the local level and then onto the regional, national and international levels. These projects are funded by the hundreds of local clubs. Our soroptimist mission is to improve the lives of women and girls while building and maintaining meaningful relationships with Soroptimist members.
Our Mission
Soroptimist improves the lives of women and girls through programs leading to social and economic empowerment. In order to accomplish this goal, the organization has local, regional, national and international programs. This organization’s signature program is “Live Your Dream.”
