Ag Museum Opening: Vaqueros and Charros: Hard Work and Big Dreams in Ventura County
This exhibit features a photographic essay by Cody Edison who spent two years learning about the elusive world of “charreria” in Ventura County. Charreria is the official national sport of Mexico. It represents Mexican culture, tradition, and history as it involves equestrian competitions with horse riding, roping and cattle handling.
