The Ventura County Planning Division will host open houses around the county as part of the General Plan Update project. Options for how the county could grow in the future and how the General Plan could address policies related to issues such as climate change, housing and economic development, will be explored. The Agriculture Museum, 926 Railroad Avenue, Santa Paula, will be the host location for Wednesday, March 21, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
A summary of public input will be provided to the County Board of Supervisors and Planning Commission during their next joint work session. Project information is available at the project website VC2040.org.
