A celebration for the entire family to experience, join us in Ventura for an evening of live folkloric dancing, photo opportunities and more.
Join us for Día de los Muertos at Museum of Ventura County on Friday, November 1, 2019 from 6—9 p.m. In collaboration with the Consulate of Mexico in Oxnard, the Museum of Ventura County will host a fun-filled evening of live folkloric dancing, photo opportunities, art, and more! Admission is free for Museum members, $5 for nonmembers.
The evening will feature Folkloric dancing group Grupo Mi Linda Yucatán, artwork by Nicolle Pellegrino, Catrina photo opportunities, “La Catrina” film on continuous play in the Museum’s lobby, Pan dulce, and mire! Small bites by La Parilla Mexican Restaurant, specializing in the food of the Yucatán, will also be available.
Altars created by local artist and students, the Latino Advisory Committee and Grupo Mi Linda Yucatán” will be on display.
